Clary Sage - is well known for its ability to ease anxiety and calm the mind. .

Lavender - has been considered a calming oil for centuries and is often used in sleep-promoting products. It can be particularly useful when sleeplessness is caused by stress or anxiety.

Lemongrass - is also considered a calming oil and is a great home remedy for anxiety. Its punchy scent is also uplifting and inspires positivity.

Cedarwood - has grounding, sedative properties create feelings of safety and comfort. This makes us feel able to close our eyes without worry or fear.

Lemon Verbena - is rich in melatonin, which is primarily released by the pineal gland at night time. It is also thought to relieve stress and tension.

Ylang Ylang - has natural soothing, sedative properties which, research has shown, make it easy for us to fall asleep.

Geranium - a captivating delightful floral aroma, offering a calming and relaxing experience.

Bergamot - Like other citrus oils, bergamot is known to be uplifting, helping to dispel low moods and reduce symptoms of anxiety. Bergamot is recognised in particular for its balancing effect, cancelling out disproportionate emotions and helping us to feel content and emotionally stable.

Spearmint - The clean, fresh scent of spearmint oil has a refreshing effect on the mind and is said to be effective for preventing fatigue and improving exercise performance. Spearmint oil can also relieve stress and tension.

Sweet Orange - Sweet orange has a sweet, tangy scent that helps to prevent fatigue. It has also been shown to improve athletic performance.

Basil - Often called the oil of renewal, basil has a strong, fresh, and herby aroma that is said to relax the mind and alleviate fatigue. Basil oil is also used to calm nerves and ease anxiety.

Lemon - The sharp, zesty scent of lemon is known to be uplifting and energising. The oil can provide a boost of positivity and motivation that sees us through a long day.

Neroli - Distilled from the flower of the bitter orange tree, neroli's floral scent is calming and relaxing.

When lighting your candle for the first time please burn for 3-4 hours, this will help prevent tunnelling and help create an even burn. Always trim the wick to 5mm prior to re-lighting. This will create a steady flame and more efficient burn rate.

Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time; this can cause the vessel to become very hot creating a deep melt pool which will burn the wax faster and can burn off the essential oil much quicker. This can also cause the wick to lean or move.

As your candle comes to an end it will self extinguish, leaving roughly 5mm of wax at the bottom of the jar. You can remove the wax and place it in a wax burner so there is no waste.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Never try to move a burning candle as the vessel can be hot.

Always burn a candle on a heat resistant surface free of any items that could catch fire.

Keep candle out of the reach of children and pets.

FLORA- Contains: Geraniol, Geranyl acetate, Neryl acetate, beta-Caryophyllene, beta-Pinene, I-Citronellol, I-Limonene. May produce an allergic reaction. This candle contains Ylang Ylang not suitable for pets

JOY - Contains: Citronellyl formate, Geraniol, Geranyl acetate, Geranyl formate, beta-Caryophyliene, beta-Pinene, d,I-Isomenthone, di-Limonene, I-Citronellol. May produce an allergic reaction. Clary Sage should be avoided if pregnant.
